PM Narendra Modi meets his French counterpart Edouard Philippe
Dubai, Feb 11 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is currently in the UAE, on Sunday met his French counterpart Edouard Philippe.
The two leaders discussed on strengthening strategic partnership between two nations.
"PM @narendramodi met PM of France Edouard Philippe on the sidelines of the @WorldGovSummit in Dubai. The two leaders had a good discussion on strengthening our strategic partnership. PM said that he was looking forward to the visit of French President Macron to India next month," MEA Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted.
Modi also met Kyrgyz PM Sapar Isakov.
The meetings took place at the sidelines of the World Government Summit in Dubai.
Modi is currently in the UAE.
