Prince William's children wish him on Father's Day in their first ever post on social media

London: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis wrote a warm Father's Day message for their father, Prince William, on the family’s official social media handles.

This heartfelt tribute, signed "G, C, & L," was the first instance of the young royals directly contributing to their parents' official social media.

The post on X reads, "We love you, Papa. Happy Father's Day", followed by two red hearts.

The post included a heartwarming photograph taken by their mother, the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton. In the image, Prince William can be seen standing with his arms around his children, gazing out at the Norfolk coastline, highlighting the close bond between him and his three children.

The picture was reportedly taken during a family trip last month.

Earlier on Sunday, Prince William shared a Father's Day tribute to his father, King Charles III.

He posted a childhood photograph showing him playing football with King Charles in the gardens of Kensington Palace.

The picture, taken on June 12, 1984, captures the nearly two-year-old William smiling as he kicks a brightly coloured football.

A few months after this photo was taken, William's younger brother Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, was born.
