Chandigarh: Punjab Police has promised to give a "suitable" reward to anyone who provides information about Khalistan sympathiser Amritpal Singh’s whereabouts.

Posters have been put up at places including Batala railway station.

Posters with Waris Punjab De chief's picture also state that the identity of the informer will not be revealed.

Punjab Police had launched a massive operation to nab Amritpal on March 18 but he managed to escape the police dragnet.

Police have since arrested many of his supporters, including his main associate Pappalpreet Singh a couple of days back.
