Puducherry, Apr 24 (UNI) AICC President Rahul Gandhi is poised for a landslide win from Wayanad Lok Sabha Constituency in Kerala where the election was held on Tuesday, Chief Minister V Narayanasamy claimed on Wednesday.

Talking to news persons here, he said that he along with PCC President Namasivayam and party functionaries went to Wayanad and undertook electioneering in four constituencies including Wayanad and Kozhikode.

He also claimed that the Congress party enjoyed a massive support and Gandhi will certainly win the election.

The Chief Minister said that the secular front candidates will win in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry. The people in the three states geared up themselves to defeat the “communal” BJP, he predicted, adding that the expectation of the people is that Mr Modi should not be the Prime Minister again.

On the bomb blasts in Sri Lanka on Easter Day, he said that it was an incident which shook the entire world. All countries in Asia should unite to eradicate terrorism, he added.

The loss of lives in Sri Lanka at a time when peace was prevailing is regrettable he said, adding that peace could be brought only after sending the culprits to prison.

Narayanasamy also demanded that a ban should be imposed on ISI which claimed responsibility for the blasts.
