Rahul Gandhi to commence his Kisan Yatra from Deoria on Sept 6

New Delhi, Sept 3 (IBNS): Congress supremo Rahul Gandhi on Saturday announced that his Kisan Yatra from Uttar Pradesh's Deoria to Delhi will start from Sept 6.

"Join Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's Kisan Yatra from Deoria on the 6th of September," the Congress tweeted.

The Office of RG said: "My yatra from Deoria to Delhi  will start on September 6. It  is a campaign to secure the rights of the poor, farmers and labourers in government resources."

During the trip, he will travel 2500 kms and cross 55 Lok Sabha and 223 MLA constituencies.
