Rahul Gandhi wishes Manmohan Singh on his birthday

New Delhi, Sept 26 (IBNS): Congress vice-presdient Rahul Gandhi on Saturday wished former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on his birthday.

Rahul Gandhi's office tweeted: "Best wishes to Dr Manmohan Singhji on his birthday! #HappyBirthdayMMS."

Singh turned 83 on Saturday.

Singh was born on Sept 26, 1932 at Gah, now in Punjab, Pakistan.

Singh's family migrated to India during its partition in 1947. 

He served the nation as the Prime Minister from May 22, 2004 to 26 May 2014.
