New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said the campaign for making the city roads pot-hole free will begin on Saturday, wherein 50 MLAs will inspect 25 km stretches of the roads coming under the Delhi government's Public Works Department.

According to Kejriwal, the initiative is aimed at improving the condition of roads, so that people, especially those on two-wheelers, do not face any trouble during rains.

'Lakhs of vehicles ply on these roads everyday. Such large-scale inspection of roads is taking place for the first time,' Mr Kejriwal posted on micro-blogging site Twitter, on Saturday.

'Around 50 MLAs will inspect 25 - 25 km of these roads respectively, wherein there will be one engineer along with one MLA. The location and picture of the pot holes and other problems of the roads will be recorded and the problem will be fixed,' he further tweeted.
