Saharanpur: Bomb hoax delays Kaling-Utkal express; 1 detained
Saharanpur, Sep 23(UNI) A phone call claiming that a bomb has been planted in the 18478 Puri-bound Kaling-Utkal express train sent police into a tizzy on Monday morning.
