Samajwadi Party unveils poll manifesto

Lucknow, Apr 2 (IBNS): The Samajwadi Party (SP) on Wednesday released its manifesto for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
The manifesto was unveiled by party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav.
 
The SP has promised special benefits to Muslims in its manifesto.
 
"The manifesto also mentioned the setting up of a special commission to look at the needs of poor upper caste members," reported CNN-IBN.

"The party promised to focus on development in Purvanchal and Bundelkhand regions and increase agricultural land in the state," said the news channel.
