Six Indian nationals abducted by unknown men in Afghanistan?
Kabul, May 6 (IBNS): At least six Indian nationals were abducted by unknown armed men in Baghlan province of Afghanistan on Sunday, media reports said.
As per Afghanistan based Tolo News, the six abducted Indians were employees of a company named KEC.
Apart from the Indian nationals, one Afghan employee of the company was also abducted by the armed men from Bagh-e-Shamal village.
According to local officials the incident happened while they were traveling to the area, where the company owns an electricity sub-station contract, reported Tolo News.
Baghlan provincial council have linked the incident to the Taliban, who have not yet commented, reported the Afghanistan based news channel.
