Special police officer injured in Kashmir
Srinagar, Feb 24 (IBNS) : A Special Police Officer (SPO) was critically injured after his service rifle went off accidentlaly in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official said that SPO Muhammad Amir was injured in Zainapora police station after his rifle he was fiddling with went off. He was
shifted to Srinagar for treatment.
The SPOs are engaged on a fixed monthly pay package in Jammu and Kashmir to fight militancy.
