New Delhi, Apr 7 (IBNS) Two men, including one said to be a sharpshooter, have been detained in connection with the last week's sensational murder of National Investigation Agency officer Mohammed Tanzil Ahmed in Uttar Pradesh, reports said.
The police said the motorbike that the attackers used during the attack has been found. Both men are being questioned.

Tanzil with his spouse and children was driving back home in Delhi from a family wedding in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor when his car was stopped by two motorbike-borne men and  was shot 16 times. His wife is still in hospital with bullet wounds.

Tanzil, 45, was investigating a host of terror cases including some against suspected ISIS sympathisers. A joint team of security agencies has been investigating whether his murder has terror links.
