Uttar Pradesh: Minor held for raping 4-year-old girl

Kushinagar/UNI: A minor boy has been arrested for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl here in Vishunpura area of this Uttar Pradesh district, police sources said on Wednesday.

According to sources, the boy lured the girl and took her to his home where he raped her.

Later, the victim told her mother about the incident, following which the accused was taken into custody.

The victim was taken to the Community Health Center (CHC) along with her mother from where she was taken to the women's hospital for a medical checkup under police protection.

The police force has been deployed in the village as a precautionary measure.
