Unnao/IBNS: A 23-year old rape survivor in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao was set on fire on Thursday morning while she was heading to a local court for the hearing on the rape case filed by the girl, media reports said.

Three men including the two accused in the rape case were arrested for setting the victim on fire.

The girl is in critical condition.

While one of the two accused was on the run, the other was arrested but he got a bail last week.

"We got the information in the morning. The woman gave the names of the accused. We have formed teams to arrest the accused. Three men have already been arrested. We are on a lookout for two other men," Vikrant Vir, a senior police official from Unnao, has been quoted by NDTV.

The girl in March had filed the rape case against two men from her paternal village in Unnao.

The two men had allegedly raped her and filmed the act.
