Why is PM "numb" on Pak aggresions, asks Rahul Gandhi

Raigad, Oct 8 (IBNS): After Uddhav-Raj-Sharad, it's the turn of Congress' "Yuvraj" Rahul Gandhi to take the baton of attacking BJP in the poll-bound Maharashtra.

With the deadline for campaigning is coming to an end on Oct 15, Congress Vice-President jumped into the scene on Wednesday by addressing an election rally in Raigad district of the state, from where he laid a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi questioning his silence on Pakistan despite they are violating ceasefire repeatedly and killing innocent civilians on the Indian side.

Addressing in the last hour, Rahul questioned PM’s “irresponsiveness” in border firing issue.

He said, “PM saying nothing on Pakistan's repeated ceasefire violations.” He also said, “BJP thinks one man can run nation. One man doesn't bring development.”

During his speech Rahul tried to overrule Modi’s comments that Congress has not done anything for Maharashtra.

Congress VP remarked, it is his party that waived off the loan.

"Who came here when there was drought. Our party came and worked on the biggest drought relief operation. We waived your loans, because we knew you were in difficulty," Gandhi is reported by media to have said in his address to the residents of Raigad.

It has been learnt that, Gandhi is set to campaign at four different rallies in the state. Modi already covered 23 rallies in last three days.
