Work on building Lord Ram temple in Ayodhya will start in four months: Amit Shah
Pakur/IBNS: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday said work on building a 'Ram Temple' in Ayodhya will take place in the next four months.
He said the temple will be 'touching sky'.
"The Supreme Court has given its verdict and within four months work on building a temple of Lord Ram, touching the sky, will come up in Ayodhya," Shah said while addressing a rally in Pakur area of Jharkhand.
In a historic judgment to a politically-sensitive Ayodhya case which has been raging for almost 70 years, the Supreme Court recently paved way for the construction of Ram Temple in the disputed 2.77 acres of land in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya dismissing the Sunni Waqf Board's claim to the land.
The apex court also directed that a mosque be built over 5 acres in a prominent location.
