Youth injured in armed miscreant attack in Assam’s Nagaon
Guwahati/IBNS: A youth was severely injured after he was shot by armed miscreants in Assam’s Nagaon district.
The incident took place in the Dhing area on Wednesday evening.
The injured youth was identified as Sohail Ahmed and he was rushed to hospital.
According to the reports, an armed miscreant attacked the youth while he went to a market area nearby his house.
Police had recovered empty cartridges from the area and launched an operation to nab the miscreant.
