MANILA, Aug. 26, 2020 (Xinhua) -- Members of the Special Weapons and Tactics of the Philippine National Police (PNP-SWAT) patrol a market in Manila, the Philippines on Aug. 26, 2020. The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is placing Metro Manila under heightened alert by strengthening security measures at airports, seaports, vital government and private installations, as well as places of convergence following the Jolo, Sulu twin blasts on Aug. 24 that left 15 people dead and 75 others wounded.
