68th National Film Awards: Suriya, Ajay Devgn receive Best Actor honour

New Delhi/IBNS: Popular South star Suriya and Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn Friday received the Best Actor award at the 68th National Film Awards ceremony for 2020 held at New Delhi's Vigyan Bhawan.

While Suriya bagged the award for the Tamil movie 'Soorarai Pottru', Ajay Devgn won the same for the Hindi feature film 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior'.

This is Ajay Devgn's third Best Actor win. He has previously won for the 1998 film Zakhm and The Legend Of Bhagat Singh.

Aparna Balamurali won Best Actress for Soorarai Pottru.

Soorarai Pottru also won Best Screenplay and Best Background Score and Best Feature Film.
