Actress Sanjjanaa Galrani arrested for drug trafficking

Bengaluru/UNI: City Crime Branch sleuths, who are investigating into the alleged drug racketing in the state, have arrested Sanjjanaa Galrani, another film personality from the Kannada cinema world, after conducting a raid on her house on Monday morning.

According to official sources, the search and arrest of the cine actor followed the ongoing investigation into the drug peddling in the state, in which already the police have arrested Cine star Ragini, who is presently in police custody.

The CCB team, who swooped on to the house of Sanjjanaa, in the early morning raid and reportedly confiscated certain documents in support of their actions and later arrested the inmate, Sanjjanaa, the sources said.

The CCB police team had already arrested her close associate Rahul, an industrialist, into the case.
