Mumbai, Sept 18 (IBNS): Adding more glory to their crown, actors Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan have been signed as brand ambassadors of the Central government's Skill India Mission.

Yash Raj Film tweeted congratulating the actors: .@AnushkaSharma & @Varun_dvn are now the ambassadors of @MSDESkillIndia - A mission by the Indian government for skilled artisans & workforce, to support their self-reliance & entrepreneurship just like #SuiDhaagaMadeInIndia | @SuiDhaagaFilm."

Both Anushka and Varun will be seen in their upcoming "Sui Dhaaga - Made in India" where they will be seen saluting India's entrepreneurs and skilled workforce.

The film marks the debut pairing of Varun and Anushka Sharma, who in a deglamorised avatar plays an embroiderer in the film.

Sui Dhaaga is set to release on Sept 28.

It brings together National Award winning producer-director combo of Maneesh Sharma and Sharat Katariya after their blockbuster Dum Laga Ke Haisha.
