Netizens have been speculating about the female lead cast of upcoming Kannada film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups, starring superstar Yash, even since it was announced.

Earlier, it was speculated that Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sai Pallavi and Shruti Haasan will be starring alongside Yash.

Now a report by PinkVilla has claimed Kareena Kapoor Khan and Bollywood's new heartthrob Kiara Advani have been roped in to feature alongside Yash.

However, makers are yet to make an official announcement.

If the reports come true, Kareena, who has just delivered a hit film Crew, will be making her debut in any South Indian film.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Yash's film is an action-packed film which is based on the drug mafia.

The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on April 10, 2025.
