Feel so lucky to be part of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, there is laughter tadka in every scene: Charrul Malik
Mumbai: Actress Charrul Malik feels so blessed to be shooting for super hit comedy show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, as she says that the show has always given her happiness. Be it while shooting for the show or watching it, Charrul always finds it very funny.
“I couldn't control my laughter when I was shooting for Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai. First of all, the whole cast of the show is very funny. I laugh whenever I see their faces. Now I have controlled myself because now I act with them. Here, I'm talking about actor Saanand Verma. I still remember, I had shot with him for like 4 to 5 days continuously and there was a track where I was playing the role of his girlfriend. He never says a word but the look on his face makes you laugh,” she says.
She adds, “We were reading the script, he was making us laugh so much and when we actually started shooting, I couldn't control my laughter. It was so bad that literally my director asked me if I wanted a break because I couldn't control my laughter. It's very entertaining shooting with him and of course the rest of my co-stars, Vaibhav, Deepesh (Teeka & Malkhan), especially. These characters are someone about whom you think and you burst out laughing.”
Talking about the importance of laughter in her life, she says, “For me, everyday is Laughter Day. I feel so lucky and blessed to be working in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, where there is laughter Tadka in every scene. In fact there are no such lines, no scenes, no sequences where you're not laughing. We all laugh a lot when the reading is going on because we all are on the same page, we understand each other.”
She adds, “Laughter is an instant vacation for me whenever I feel exhausted. I just laugh out loud whenever I read jokes, watch reels, and make reels. If you see my reels you won't see any content related to fashion, or styling but 99% of my reels are comedy reels, where I'm roasting myself. Laughing is and will be the best form of therapy. It's free therapy. I live to laugh and I laugh to live."
