Mumbai, Oct 12 (IBNS): Four different Hindi films- Helicopter Eela, Tumbbad, Fryday and Jalebi- are now at the theatre for the cine-goers.

All the films were released on Friday.

Helicopter Eela is based on Gujarat play Beta, Kaagdo, which has been written by Anand Gandhi.

The film's plot is centred around a single mother, whose character has been played by actress Kajol, and her relationship with her son, played by Riddhi Sen.

Along with Kajol and 20-year old Riddhi, Bengali actor Tota Roy Chowdhury has played a significant role in the Pradeep Sarkar directorial film.

Tumbbad is a historical period fantasy horror film.

Rahi Anil Barve's Tumbbad stars Sohum Shah in the lead role.

Comedy film Fryday has been directed by Abhishek Dogra.

Dogra's movie stars Govinda and Varun Sharma in the main roles.

Romantic drama Jalebi, which is a remake of Bengali film Praktan, stars Rhea Chakraborty and Varun Mitra in the lead roles.

Rhea, who made her Bollywood debut with Mere Dad Ki Maruti in 2013, was last seen in Bank Chor, which released a year ago.

Jalebi will mark the acting debut of Varun.

The film has been directed by Pushpdeep Bhardwaj.
