Hollywood couple Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor separate after 18 years

Los Angeles, May 27 (IBNS): Hollywood's celebrity couple Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have ended 18 years of their married life.

The news on their decision was announced on Friday.

"With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate," Stiller and Taylor told ET.

"Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends. We kindly ask that the media respect our privacy at this time," the actors said.

The couple got  married in 2000.

They have two children, daughter Ella Olivia, 15 and son Quinlin Dempsey, 12.

They had worked in several projects like Zoolander, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Tropic Thunder, Arrested Development and Zoolander 2.
