I would love to work with Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan sir: Tushar Agarwal
Mumbai: Tushar Agarwal’s celebrity management firm Pearl Talent Management have worked with the likes of Kartik Aryan, Guru Randhawa, Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover, Varun Dhawan, Shankar Mahadevan etc.
Their latest event in Dubai with Emraan Hashmi, Mouni Roy, among others has been a successful one. Happy how things have started falling back on track post the pandemic, Tushar talks about what’s in this season.
“Social media branding and brand collaboration is trending on top after lockdown. Even nowadays influencer management is also in vogue just because of the reach of various virtual platforms,” he says. Talking about how easy or difficult it is to manage known faces, he adds, “In the first 5 - 6 years it was quite difficult to deal with celebs because I was new in the field and didn't know how to explain and deal with them. After a while when people started knowing me and my brand ‘Pearl’ then deals were getting easy and smooth. Now most of them are just one call or message away. So, everything takes time.”
However, Tushar also clarifies not facing any big issue with any star so fat. “By God’s grace, till today, we've had a very smooth relationship with everyone. I’m sure this will continue in the future as well. Every celeb and agency nowadays looks for long-term associations,” he says.
Ask about the celebrities he wants to work with and why, pat comes the reply, “I would love to work with Salman Khan sir, Shahrukh Khan sir and Amitabh Bachchan sir. I have grown up watching them on tv and films. They are the biggest stars of the Hindi film Industry and yes I am sure I’ll gain more experience if I get the opportunity to collaborate with them.”
