Mumbai: Actress Sushmita Sen penned down a perfect response on Instagram for those who started trolling her ever since IPL founder Lalit Modi announced their relationship recently.

After facing unending commentary and scrutiny over the relationship, Sen wrote: " Perfectly centred in my being & my conscience…I love how nature merges all it’s creation to experience oneness…and just how divided we are, when we break that balance."

" It’s heartbreaking to see just how miserable & unhappy the world around us is becoming," the actress said.

" The so called intellectuals with their idiosyncrasies….the ignorant with their cheap & at times funny gossip The friends I never had & the acquaintances I’ve never met….all sharing their grand opinions & deep knowledge of my life & character…monetising the ‘Gold Digger’ all the way!!! Ah these geniuses," the actress wrote on Instagram.

She further wrote: " I dig deeper than Gold…and I’ve always (famously) preferred Diamonds!! And yes I still buy them myself!!!"

Businessman and former chairman of Indian Premier League (IPL), Lalit Modi, Thursday took the internet by storm as he announced a "new beginning" with actor Sushmita Sen and called her his "better half".

Initially, the fans went into a frenzy as they were discussing if the two were married. However, Modi quickly responded clarifying that the two are just "dating".

"Just back in london after a whirling global tour #maldives #sardinia with the families - not to mention my #betterhalf @sushmitasen47 - a new beginning a new life finally. Over the moon (sic)," Lalit Modi tweeted at first.

He followed it up with another tweet, clarifying that they both aren't married yet, just dating. "Not married - just dating each other. That too it will happen one day," he wrote.
