Mumbai, May 22 (IBNS): Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who underwent a knee surgery, on Friday thanked his fans for standing by him.

"Do they do Fequent Fliers Miles in Hospitals? If yes, I would own some of the hospitals! Thx all for standing by me as I pray on my knees," Khan tweeted.

Khan was last seen in 'Happy New Year' last year.

Film critic Taran Adarsh earlier tweeted: "Shah Rukh Khan underwent arthroscopic surgery of left knee today. The doctor has advised SRK complete rest for 3-4 days."
