Krishna Raj Kapoor was an institution in living life: Aamir Khan

Mumbai, Oct 1 (IBNS): Remembering late actor Raj Kapoor's wife Krishna Raj Kapoor, who passed away on Monday, actor Aamir Khan has left a heartfelt message on social media.

Aamir tweeted, "If Raj Kapoor was an institution in film making, Krishnaji was an institution in living life. A very sad loss to all of us. My love and warmth to Randhirji, Rishiji, Chimpuji, Reema, Rituji and everyone in the family. We love you Krishnaji."

Krishna Raj Kapoor was 87 at the time of her death.

She got married to Raj Kapoor in May 1946.

She is survived by sons Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor and daughters Ritu Nanda and Reema Kapoor.
