May be Priyanka Chopra doesn't want to work with me anymore: Salman Khan

Mumbai, Sept 8 (IBNS): Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has recently said actress Priyanka Chopra's unwillingness to work with the former might be a reason behind the Desi girl's exit from upcoming Ali Abbas Zafar directorial Hindi film Bharat, media reports said.

Priyanka, who was originally the female lead opposite Salman, walked out of the film owing to personal reasons, possibly her engagement with American singer and beau Nick Jonas.

Speaking about the possible reasons behind Priyanka's exit at the Bigg Boss press conference recently, Salman said: "Not doing this had to be because of the wedding or because she doesn't want to work with me anymore."

The 52-year old actor even said Priyanka's unwillingness to work in Mumbai film industry or eagerness to act in Hollywood films might well be the reasons as well, E Times reported.

Actress Katrina Kaif will fill the boots of Priyanka in the film.

Katrina joined the Bharat team in Malta.

Salman and Katrina, who had acted as a pair in a number of films, were last seen together in 2017 Hindi film Tiger Zinda Hai.

Zafar's film is expected to release in 2019.
