Los Angeles, Jan 14 (IBNS): Bollywood superstar Priyanka Chopra has been rushed to a hospital in the US, following a nasty fall on the sets of Quantico, media reports said.

Priyanka reportedly suffered a concussion after falling head-first.

"The ridiculously gorgeous actress -- who is resting at home -- was noticeably absent during a Friday event to promote the show," a TMZ report said.

TMZ also quoted a representative as saying, "Yes, we can confirm there was a minor accident ... and [she] will return to work after the weekend."
