'Rock On 2' earns over Rs 2 crore on opening day

Mumbai, Nov 13 (IBNS): Farhan Akhtar's latest movie 'Rock On 2' has earned more than Rs. 2 crore on the first day at at the Box Office on Friday.

"#RockOn2 has a DISMAL start... Fri â‚¹ 2.02 cr. India biz," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

Rock On 2, the upcoming musical extravaganza features Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai, Purab Kohli, Shashank Arora and Shahana Goswami.

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment presented by Eros International, Rock On!! 2 is directed by Shujaat Saudagar released on Nov 11.
