Stree continues its golden run at BO, earns Rs. 88 crores

Mumbai, Sept 12 (IBNS): Continuing its golden run, actor Rajkummar Rao's latest movie Stree earned Rs. 88 crores at the Box Office till Tuesday.

The movie released on Aug 31.

The horror-comedy is a rare genre in case of Bollywood movie but the filmmaker has utilised it in a proper manner to make it attractive for the audience.

"#Stree maintains the momentum... Is ROCK-STEADY... [Week 2] Fri 4.39 cr, Sat 7.63 cr, Sun 9.88 cr, Mon 3.31 cr, Tue 3.22 cr. Total: ₹ 88.82 cr. India biz," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

Amar Kaushik has directed the film.

The movie is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Raj and DK.

It also features Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana and Vikay Raaz in the lead roles.
