Internationally acclaimed singer Rihanna, who recently visited India to perform in the starry Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar, won the hearts of people who called her 'humble' for the way she interacted with her fans and security personnel at the airport.

The social media platforms are buzzing with comments praising the American star for her humble gestures at the Jamnagar airport where she was seen smilingly posing with the paparazzi who were present at the venue.

In a video which has gone viral on the social media platform, Rihanna could be seen hugging two female security personnel at the airport.

She even reportedly called the police officers for a group photo.

Fans loved the singer's simplicity and praised her for her gesture.

A user of X named Santosh wrote: "Rihanna is so humble and grounded with indian fans hope so called indian celebrities should learn from her,how to treat fans with respect and dignity."

Another user, whose X platform handle is named 6ix, wrote: "Rihanna was so humble to her fans after performing at an Indian wedding party for $9 million. It was her first performance in 8 years. She was invited by the richest man in Indian, Mukesh Ambani whose net worth is around $117 billion."

Why did Rihanna visit India?

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani's son Anant Ambani and his long-term girlfriend Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding ceremony in Janmagar glittered with the presence of prominent celebrities with singing icon Rihanna's performance adding to the glitz of the night.

Rihanna's performance remained a major highlight point as the singer fascinated the audience by performing his popular tracks.

The Ambanis, who are known for their extravagant celebrations, kept this party a private affair.

Wearing a fluorescent green outfit, Rihanna charmed the crowd with some of her well-known numbers like "Rude Boy", "Pour it Up" and "Diamonds".

She took the time to interact with the many distinguished guests present at the festivities, reported Live Mint.
