Young Malayalam scriptwriter Praful Suresh dies at 39 — Mollywood in shock!

Thiruvananthapuram/IBNS: Young Malayalam scriptwriter Praful Suresh passed away at the age of 39 due to a heart attack on January 13, media reports said.

Praful was best known for his work on the 2023 slasher horror film Nalla Nilavulla Rathri, for which he co-wrote the screenplay and dialogues alongside director Murphy Devasy.

The film marked one of his notable contributions to Mollywood.

He is survived by his wife, Anuroopa, whom he married in 2024.

At the time of his untimely death, Praful had completed screenplays for two upcoming films, reflecting his active engagement in the Malayalam film industry and his growing footprint as a talented scriptwriter.
