BBL: David Hussey named Melbourne Stars skipper

Kolkata, July 29 (IBNS): Australian cricketer David Hussey has been named as skipper of Melbourne Stars for the BBL tournament.

The club website read: "Fast bowler Dan Worrall and spinner Kristen Beams also re-signed to the Stars for the upcoming season."

“It's pretty exciting! Last year I took the reins on and really enjoyed it,” Hussey was quoted as saying by the club website.

Hussey said he is hopeful that his side might clinch the title in the upcoming edition of the tournament.
