England create world record by scoring highest ODI total against Australia

Nottingham, Jun 19 (IBNS): Creating world record, England scored the highest ever One Day International (ODI) score against Australia at Trent Bridge here on Tuesday.

England scored 481/6 in 50 overs.

Jonny Bairstow (139) and Alex Hales (147) were the top scorers for England.

England captain Eoin Morgan scored 67 off 30 balls lower down the batting order.

Jhye Richardson picked three wickets for Australia. He conceded 92 runs in 10 overs.
