Ex-Australian cricketer Shane Warne turns 46

Born in 1969, Upper Ferntree Gully, Victoria in Australia, Warne made his debut at the age of 23 in 1992.
He is widely regarded as the best bowler of all-time and frequently makes it to the top bowler’s list.
In 145 Tests, he has amassed a mammoth 708 wickets and another 293 in 194 ODI’s making him one of the two bowlers in the history of the game to surpass the 1000 wickets mark and currently occupies the second spot behind Muttiah Muralitharan in the list of highest wicket takers in international cricket.
Besides being a World Cup winner, Warne has also won a series of accolades and awards in his long span of 15 years.

Six years later he was adjudged the ODI Player of the Year.
