India-Australia: Second T20 match abandoned due to rain

Melbourne, Nov 23 (IBNS): The second T20 match between India and Australia has been abandoned due to rain.

Australia batted first and posted 132 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their overs.

For India, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Khaleel Ahmed scalped two wickets each.

The match was abandoned without a single ball being bowled in the Indian innings.

Ben McDermott remained the top scorer for Australia with his unbeaten 32 runs knock.

Australia are 1-0 up in the series.
