IPL: RPS beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 12 runs

Hyderabad, May 6 (IBNS): Rising Pune Supergiant managed to clinch 12 runs victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad in an IPL game here on Saturday.

After posting 148 runs for the loss of eight wickets, Rising bowlers restricted the home side at 136 runs for nine wickets.

David Warner's 40 and Yuvraj Singh's 47 fell short of managing a victory for the champions.

Singh hammered four boundaries and two sixes in his 43-ball knock.

Jaydev Unadkat was the pick of the bowlers for Pune as he picked up five wickets to destroy the hosts.

Ben Stokes managed three wickets to give a strong challenge to Hyderabad side.

Earlier, Rising batsmen scored 148 runs.

Ben Stokes remained the top scorer for the visitors with his 39.
