New York, Sept 5 (IBNS): Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza and her mixed doubles partner Ivan Dodig were defeated in the second round of the US Open on Sunday.

Sania and Ivan were beaten by Barbora Krejcikova and Marin Draganja 3-6, 4-6.

The match lasted for one hour and five minutes.

Barbora Krejcikova and Marin Draganja will meet mericans Coco Vandeweghe and Rajeev Ram in the quarter-finals.
