ADB, Indian government sign $ 169 million loan to provide water and sanitation services in Tamil Nadu

New Delhi, Nov 16 (IBNS): Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of India signed here on Friday a $169 million loan as the First Tranche of a $500 million multi-tranche financing to develop climate-resilient water supply, sewerage, and drainage infrastructure in at least 10 cities in the State of Tamil Nadu

India and ADB sign $175 million loan agreement to help improve Solar Transmission System

New Delhi, Apr 7 (IBNS): The central government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have signed a $175 million loan agreement to support construction of high voltage transmission systems to evacuate power generated from new mega solar parks to the interstate grid, and improve reliability of the national grid system.
