CBDT to issue PAN and TAN within one day to improve ease of doing business

New Delhi, Apr 11 (IBNS): The union Ministry of Finance announced on Tuesday that in order to improve Ease of Doing Business for newly incorporated corporates, CBDT has tied up with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to issue Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN) in one day.
