Second RBI Monetary Policy Committee meeting leaves repo rate unchanged

Mumbai, Jun 7 (IBNS): The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI's) Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), at its second bi-monthly meeting on Wednesday, said it has decided to keep the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) unchanged at 6.25 per cent, on the basis of an assessment of the current and evolving macroeconomic situation.
