New Delhi, July 5 (IBNS): Changing an age-old tradition where the Finance Minister could be seen carrying a leather bag to carry all budget documents, Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday used a 'Bahi Khata' for the purpose and stated the need to move on from the British hangover as the guiding reason behind taking the step.
