Astana: Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a landmark decree earlier this month regarding measures to increase the efficiency of attracting investment into Kazakhstan’s economy and accelerating economic growth, reported The Astana Times quoting the Press Office of the President.
