New Delhi/UNI: The annual rate of inflation, based on monthly Wholesale Price Index, stood at 2.59 per cent for December 2019 over the same month last year as compared to 0.58 per cent for the previous month, according to data released by the Commerce and Industry Ministry on Tuesday.

New Delhi, Apr 16 (IBNS): The annual rate of inflation, based on monthly Wholesale Price Index (WPI), eased to 2.47 per cent (provisional) in March, 2018 (over March, 2017)from 2.48 per cent (provisional) for the previous month and 5.11 per cent during the corresponding month of the previous year, according to a release from the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry

New Delhi, Dec 14 (IBNS): According to government data released on Thursday, inflation based on November Wholesale Price Index, went up 3.93 per cent (provisional) compared to a a year ago. It was 3.59 per cent (provisional) in October 2017 and 1.82 per cent in November 2016.
