Amid rising cases, ICUs may run out soon in Bangladesh’s major cities

Worried over the spike in Covid-19 infections, Bangladesh health authorities fear that intensive care units (ICUs) in major cities may soon run out of their full capacity, reported Dhaka Times. Already Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet are operating at near full capacity. 

France's COVID-19 death toll tops 15,000 as ICU cases continue to fall

Paris/Xinhua/UNI: A total of 15,729 patients have succumbed to the COVID-19, including 10,129 died in hospitals and 5,600 in nursing homes, French General Director for Health Jerome Salomon said on Tuesday.
