Washington:  The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued an alert alarming health officials  about the rare Ebola-like Marburg virus which has been reported from two African nations.

Abu Dhabi: UAE's  Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has urged the public to be aware of the virus causing Marburg hemorrhagic fever and to avoid travelling to Tanzania and Equatorial Guinea unless it’s necessary due to the recent spread of Marburg virus.
