Spain registers highest-ever 14-day incidence of COVID-19 after Christmas break

Madrid/UNI/Xinhua: The Spanish Ministry of Health on Monday evening said that the 14-day incidence of the coronavirus rose by 294 points in the four days from Dec. 23 to 1,206.21 cases per 100,000 people after the Christmas holiday weekend.

Madrid/Xinhua/UNI: Spanish health authorities on Sunday confirmed the lowest numbers of new deaths and new infection cases in a 24-hour period in the country since it was placed under a State of Alarm on March 15.
